About the Team

As the HR COE team, you’ll be partnering with Talent acquisition that plays a key role in making Meesho one of the most sought-after e-commerce destinations in India. The CoE (Center of Excellence) team further powers the Talent Acquisition team with everything related to data, systems and processes. As a  Manager - HR COE , you will lead this CoE sub-team and help us solve crucial problems in building rocketship and enable leadership to make data-based decisions to propel our Meesho rocketship 🚀.

As a Programs Specialist, you will enthusiastically represent the Meesho brand and build our processes and efficiency mechanism.. We also focus on personal growth and team bonding just as much as we do on working hard. That is why, we have regular 1-1s, monthly outings, and timely rewards and recognitions. 

About the Role

As a Manager - HR COE for Talent acquisition team, you will work with recruitment and Meesho leadership to identify problems in the current process and solutionize to achieve speed and efficiency in recruitment. In this role, you will implement projects around a host of topics like candidate experience, interviewer efficiency, new tools & systems, implementing automation mechanisms, external benchmarking etc.
