We are seeking a Head of Advertising Sales, UK to help shape the sales strategy for Netflix.
As the Head of Advertising Sales based out of our London office, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the advertising sales strategy for the UK market. You will be accountable for delivering revenue targets by leveraging Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem in the UK market, an established network of relationships, and a track record of leading successful teams that deliver hyper revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the advertising sales strategy for the UK, leading the team to deliver ambitious revenue targets and exceed client expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and media owners to secure partnerships and drive hyper revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities with existing and new clients.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns.
Leverage Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings to drive revenue growth.
Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the advertising sales team in the UK.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify opportunities for innovation.
We’re Looking for:
15+ years of experience in advertising (incl. sales), demonstrated strong leadership experience and a proven track record of delivering hyper revenue growth.
Demonstrated sales skills with robust drive and determination to achieve ambitious sales goals
Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem in the local market and an established network of relationships with UK advertisers and agencies’ arm
Experience in both TV and digital advertising sales will be a plus
Strong analytical (strategic and creative) capabilities and judgment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively cross‐functionally.
A deep curiosity about our global business and an ability to quickly build global IQ and an understanding of regional and cultural nuances.
Open to the challenge of starting a new business, comfortable with risk, uncertainty and ambiguity
