The Amazon SCOT organization is expanding our Direct Fulfillment (dropship) business and we are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Tech to join the team. Direct Fulfillment helps provide Amazon customers the broadest in-stock selection, at the quality and speed of delivery they have come to expect from Amazon at the best possible cost structure for Amazon. Direct Fulfillment allows Amazon to fulfill customer orders directly from our vendorβs warehouse and is one of the fastest growing supply channels at Amazon. We build the technology that makes the magic of Amazon happen for hundreds of millions of customers around the world.
We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager - Tech to work on our Selection Product initiatives. The vision of the Selection team under Direct Fulfillment is to delight customers by maximizing buyable selection offered on Amazon. This is a highly visible role that requires interaction and partnership with multiple functions within Direct Fulfillment, including Business Development, Engineering, Data Science and across multiple Amazon teams.
This PM role is responsible for the functioning and enhancements of multiple existing and new DF systems, and defines the business requirements and collaborates with science, tech and DF operations team. The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills and excel in delivering product updates that summarize product launches and results, and support needed from partner teams to drive to goals.- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
