As a Cloud FinOps Architect you are responsible for collecting and analyzing financial information related to the organization’s cloud expenses. You would report on cost trends and track anomalies in usage to a granular level and help in allocating cost components to business units and product lines. You would be able to review the cost data to improve the accuracy of budgets and forecasts for different products and help in creating financial models for engineering project and Go-To-Market decisions. You will work as part of a team to implement and maintain FinOps practices and methodologies, with a focus on analyzing cloud usage and spending data to identify areas for cost optimization.
The ideal candidate would have a strong understanding of FinOps data collection pipelines and AWS ecosystem.
