The Role

Palantir's Proposal Team, known internally as the Smiths, seeks a versatile writer and project manager to win new commercial contracts.

Smiths work closely with Palantir's business development, engineering, and legal teams to articulate Palantir's value proposition to current and potential customers. We craft compelling documents and web communications that explain how our software addresses critical issues faced by commercial enterprises and develop strategies for new customer acquisition. On any given day, weโ€™re managing several concurrent RFP processes for a new customer contracts, triaging new incoming business opportunities, or helping to build a software demo for a potential customer. Smiths also lead a range of business development (BD), capture management, and proposal management efforts. This includes qualifying new opportunities, partnering with others in the BD organization to identify the most effective pursuit strategies, and overseeing complex, multi-vendor RFP processes.
