As a Strategic Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing and driving execution for key Discovery and Legal Operations programs. This role will drive operational excellence and efficiency by leading strategic initiatives that support the team’s mission. You will operate as part of a supportive and fun team of program managers, technical specialists, lawyers, legal specialists and support staff who work closely together to protect Apple's interests. The programs you design and lead will enable the Discovery and Legal Operations team to establish and refine policies and procedures, improving operations and allowing the team to scale for the future. Key programs may include: - Discovery technology enablement and optimization - Metrics, reporting and insights - Process and workflow improvement - Vendor management - Financial management - Change management - Incident management
