Amazon is looking for an analytical Program Manager to lead key planning processes of the US EMEA sales team, and establish mechanisms to drive adoption growth at scale.

With Amazonโ€™s advanced fulfillment networks, this enables โ€œYou sell it, we ship it.โ€ Often, Selling Partners may procure inventory from overseas origins, such as China, South-East Asia, requiring them to independently navigate the complexity of international freight-forwarding, shipping, and customs clearance. Global Mile team solves for this Selling Partner pain-point by offering Amazon Global Logistics solutions, with full suite of international shipping, customs clearance and storage solutions.

As a Program Manager, you will own and execute initiatives to improve scalability and efficiency of our sales teamsโ€™ recruitment activities for Selling Partners in US and EMEA. You will develop customer journey maps to identify opportunities for differentiated, targeted sales activities and processes. You will create and iterate on business review mechanisms, and partner with sales, product, operations, customer support teams. You will also contribute to the global long-range and short-range forecasting process, in partnership with stakeholders in China, US and EMEA.


Key job responsibilities
- Create customer journey maps of all our touchpoints (sales, operations, customer support, etc) with Selling Partners, identify efficiency and customer experience improvement opportunities
- Propose and implement offshoring roadmap
- Develop business review mechanisms, define key inputs and outputs metrics which drive performance for each segment or cohort
- Create understanding of customer behaviour and growth drivers through data analyses and experiments
- Contribute to global forecasting and bridging processes on behalf of US EMEA sales team


About the team
The US EMEA Sales team is responsible for driving adoption of Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) service by Seller Partners (SP) in the Americas and EMEA regions, ranging from new seller conversions and existing sellers' retention and growth. The team is customer obsessed, quick to adapt, and delivers results. You will join the team to drive processes and mechanisms to improve the SP experience holistically, and help us achieve growth targets at scale and efficiently.- Program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience leading process improvements, implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience with data analysis and business case development, and managing programs from concept to implementation
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Advanced knowledge of Excel- Experience in supply chain and logistics industry
- Experience using CRM (e.g. Salesforce), sales and marketing automation tools
- SQL proficiency
- Tableau / Quicksight proficiency
