The Corporate Systems Technology team supports key business functions like tax calculations, HR systems, and investor services. We work closely with business users to develop and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and support new initiatives.
What you’ll do
The QA Engineer will work with the Corporate Systems team focused on applications for tax calculations.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for various applications in tax domains
- Develop and maintain test plans, manual and automated tests for functional, regression, and integration testing
- Work closely with software development, support, and business teams to deliver high-quality applications
- Document and advocate for high quality assurance practices and testing techniques
- Analyze test results, documentation, and technical specifications, and offer solutions for areas that need refinement
- Ensure new software changes meet business, legal, compliance, and technical requirements. Contribute to business requirements documentation.
- Collaborate with the team lead to maintain and track QA capacity, velocity, statuses, and deliverables
What’s required
- 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance engineering with test automation, software engineering, or business analysis role in large enterprise systems
- Development experience with background in Java and associated testing frameworks, with experience in writing scripts
- Experience working in agile methodologies
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to work independently and drive change
- Proactive personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills and willingness to work in a multicultural environment
