Title: Director, Revenue Operations
Location: Miami, FL
Reporting to: Vice President, Customer Experience


WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As the Director of Revenue Operations at Kaseya, you will drive strategic initiatives across the quote-to-cash lifecycle, ensuring seamless, customer-centric, and operationally sound processes. This high-impact role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to deliver transformative solutions for billing, collections, and related financial operations. You will be responsible for optimizing workflows, solving complex issues, and driving efficiency across financial operations, all while aligning with company objectives and providing an exceptional customer experience.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer-Centric Financial Operations: Execute strategies to deliver a world-class quote-to-cash experience for customers while enforcing company policies and agreements (EULA).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the VP of Customer Experience and senior leaders from Collections, Sales Operations, Finance, Accounting, and IT to align operations with strategic goals.
  • Process Transformation: Interact with customers to gather insights for improving billing and invoicing processes, driving automation, and simplifying order-to-cash workflows.
  • Issue Resolution: Lead root-cause analysis for complex billing challenges and resolve issues across the quote-to-cash process.
  • KPI Monitoring & Optimization: Establish and track key performance indicators to assess team effectiveness and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Training & Communication: Develop content to train and inform internal and external stakeholders about process changes and improvements.
  • Efficiency Initiatives: Identify opportunities for efficiency and lead system/process changes to enhance operational performance.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Experience: 15+ years in Quote-to-Cash operations, preferably in a global software or hardware organization.
  • Customer Orientation: Proven ability to engage directly with customers, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Expertise in developing and using KPIs to monitor and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Automation & QA: Experience implementing systems, automation, and process improvements, with a strong quality assurance and testing background.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, organizational, and presentation abilities.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and scaling environment, capable of handling fluid priorities.
  • Global Experience: Demonstrated success working with globally dispersed teams and developing business continuity plans.
  • Leadership: Highly motivated, results-driven self-starter with a sense of urgency, accountability, and the ability to lead and inspire teams.
