Key job responsibilities
Regional ACES Managers are the ACES business partners for Site Leads/Sr Operations Manager.
They are responsible to identify opportunities to improve customer experience, productivity, quality and safety thanks to the standardization and improvement of operational processes at regional level which feed up into the country level strategies, yet provide particular attention to the site details thought their Team.
Key job responsibilities include
(i) People management of Station ACES Managers (SAMs) and Field Quality Assurance Specialists (FQAs),
(ii) strategic/tactical plans through stakeholder management of cross-functional and regional teams,
(iii) performance management of ACES targets in their region.
Regional ACES Managers are fully dedicated on their respective region performance, focusing on data and KPIs at daily/weekly level (DBR/WBR) for monitoring the trend. They are responsible for identifying trends across their region and creating a mid-term strategy to address actions/solutions at scale.
The strategic focus, reporting and actions are essential activities for regional teams to ensure that they are meeting organizational goals.

- Operational experience
- Proven track record of senior stakeholders engagement
- Advanced excel and data analysis skills
- Experience in program management, customer research and analytics, and/or customer experience/success
- Fluent German and English - Knowledge of continuous improvement concepts (Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques)
- Problem Solving and analytical mind-set: You pay attention to detail and coordinate the right stakeholders to ensure the right data is available. You drive different teams to understand the root causes of issues and establish the right actions to solve the problem.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: You are excited about finding new opportunities, develop ideas independently and thrive in fast-paced environment.
- Business judgment: You deliver results that are critical for the business and are able to influence other stakeholders.
- You are a strong communicator (oral and written) with experience in facilitation across all levels; skilled at addressing both large and small audiences across multiple leadership levels and functions.
- You are highly organized, able to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with limited guidance and tight deadlines
- Ability to travel in France
- Experience in transportation delivery industry, retail or carrier operations are advantageous.
