Responsibilities:

As a Human Resources Associate your responsibilities would include:

• Working with the senior management to understand the company’s needs and draft job
  descriptions to attract the right talent pool
• Screening applications and updating details in google sheets
• Liaising with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers to schedule phone and
  on-site interviews
• Drafting offer letters and employment contracts
• Campus Hiring process management

Qualifications:

The ideal requirements for our candidates are:

• 1-5 years of experience in Human Resources in a Technology Company
• Knowledge of GSuite products such as Google Sheets
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent time and task management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to perform well with minimum supervision
