Role:       Procurement Analyst 

Department:  Business Management

Position Overview:

The mandate of the Procurement Analyst is to support the broader Procurement team. You will work closely with various teams including Finance and Technology to process invoices, technology purchase order requests and assist with the onboarding of vendors.

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements
  • Assist in the acquisition of hardware
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Technology, Finance, Information Security, Compliance, and others to ensure adherence with firm's vendor management policies and procedures
  • Create and monitor purchase order requests and all associated activities (including payment)

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience within procurement or related role
  • Experience working with Accounts Payable
  • Knowledge of foreign currency transactions
  • Ability to multitask
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have: 

  • Experience and knowledge of technology focused procurement
