Role: Benefits Specialist 

Business Area: Human Resources  

Location(s): London

Position Overview: 

  • Benefit Administration: Assist in the administration of various employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, wellness programs, workers compensation, leave of absence (LOA)
  • Analytics: Track and analyze reports from vendors with regards to usage of benefits globally
  • Reporting: Generate and maintain regular reports on benefits participation, costs, and trends to support decision-making and strategic planning
  • Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding global benefits-related questions and issues in the Global Benefits Inbox, providing timely and accurate information
  • Enrollment and Maintenance: Support the enrollment process for new hires and annual open enrollment, including data entry, eligibility verification, and record maintenance
  • Compliance: Knowledge of local regulations in various jurisdictions related to benefits programs, including COBRA
  • Wellness Initiatives: Support the implementation and promotion of wellness programs and activities aimed at improving employee health and well-being
  • Stakeholders: Understanding a high level degree of the partnership with the Payroll and HR Core team

Required Qualifications:

  • BA in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Up to 3 yearsโ€™ experience in benefits administration or HR in a larger organisation preferably in the finance sector.
  • Strong analytical and MS Excel skills, experience with Workday necessary
  • Very strong customer relationship building skills and experience in dealing with employees of all nationalities and at all levels.
  • Basic understanding of the varying legal and regulatory frameworks across various countries, including specific requirements for employee benefits, healthcare, and retirement plans.
