Responsibilities:

As a Finance & Accounts Associate your responsibilities would include:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and expense management
• Responsible for TDS/GST working and compliances, carrying out advance tax computation.
• Work with the management to drive further optimisation of metrics, consistently working on improvements in processes.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop financial strategies that support business growth and expansion.
• Provide recommendations for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to efficiently handle and manage stakeholders viz. Auditors, Banks, Vendors, Brokers and Stock Exchanges.

Qualifications:

The ideal requirements for our candidates are:

• Chartered Accountant 0-3 years of experience
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software's and databases management
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, regulations and budgeting
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Financial and Accounting techniques/skills. Should have good experience in IND AS
• Excellent prioritization and multi-tasking skills in fast evolving environments
• Preferably experience in Singapore Tax System
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to perform well with minimum supervision
• Hard working and strong work ethic
