The role of Accounts Payable Associate is to assist with the Accounts Payable operations of Tower Research Capital Group. Principal responsibilities include Invoice processing, accounting reclass, Vendor & Intercompany payments, various reconciliations, and special projects as assigned for all Tower entities globally.

The Accounts Payable (AP) specialist will report to the Assistant Manager, Accounts Payable.

Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for full cycle accounts payable functions, including

• Ensure all invoices are captured and booked as per the process
• Payment processing – preparing payment batches accurately and timely and ensuring all payments are in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Ensure all the banks from where the payments have been made are reconciled each month.
• Reconciling and reviewing AP aging, including following up to close any open AP invoices.
• Maintaining organized AP documentation and support records / files.
• Creating, implementing, and updating schedules for complex cost allocations/adjustments.
• Able to independently manage the AP mailboxes to ensuring the vendor queries and all internal
  stakeholders are responded to within the SLA.

• Working on any ad-hoc projects or change management with the CFO and Controllers
  
  Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with Minimum 4 years of experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable activities.
• Extensive experience with ERP software, preferably Oracle Fusion.
• Excellent prioritization and multi-tasking skills in fast evolving environments
  Proficiency with MS Excel.
• Domain expert in Accounts Payable, and has driven automation/digitization projects in Accounts Payable
