Role: Finance Analyst โ€“ Global T&E Management

Team: Finance

Location: Bangalore

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join our growing T&E team. This position is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing expense reports submitted by employees in accordance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Review expense reports submitted by employees to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Perform thorough verify of all the claims submitted by employees against company policy
  • Ensure accurate coding and allocation of expenses to appropriate cost centers
  • Co-ordinate with various teams within company to ensure policies are understood
  • Respond to and resolve employee queries
  • Process payments for approved expense reports and manage various other payment activities
  • Ensure TAT on all the activities handled for T&E processes
  • Maintain accurate records of processed expense reports and supporting documentation
  • Work with management to identify areas for process improvement including automation of process

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of direct T&E experience, preferably in a global financial services business with multiple departments and complex expense allocations
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in accounting or related field
  • Working knowledge of Workday Expense or other similar systems
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Currently in the Bangalore area and able to work in the office four days a week
  • Excellent communication skills including fluency in English to a business standard
  • Attention to detail and able to follow procedures and instructions carefully
  • Self-starting and fast learner who thrives in in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to work under pressure on time-sensitive and data intensive recurring tasks
  • Effective time management skills and able to balance multiple priorities
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding company information
