The Role
We are expanding our design team and have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Design Consultant, who will play a key role in shaping the design system and visual direction on our key project. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining our pattern standards and design system, ensuring consistency across our UI components. In addition to delivering exceptional UI for the project, you will lead and mentor the local design team, guiding them to deliver high-quality, visually appealing, and user-focused designs. While UX isn't the primary focus, a strong understanding of user-centric design is essential to elevate the project.
