Responsibilities:Building out a set of user journeys and designs for a new commercial banking portalWorking closely with Design and with another Lab49 team responsible for developing a technology and strategy and architecture for the new portalThe portal will enable commercial banking customer to engage digitally end to endFrom onboarding and KYC through to cash and liquidity management to product enablementConsultant will be able to provide the Design team with guidance around best practices and constraints from a business perspective Consultant will be required to work alongside the UX lead to define a set of best practice customer journeysDefine customer requirements whilst understanding commercial and regulatory constraintsProvide input into defining innovative new digital features with the design teamUnderstanding the technology strategy and enable the design team to reflect this accuratelyCollaborating with the technology strategy team to further elaborate or influence the technology strategy from a customer experience perspective. Requirements:Experience as a Product manager, Business Analyst or business manager in the following Transaction or Commercial banking orTechnology DeliveryDigital experience definition Consultant must have strong communication skills and be comfortable presenting to C-level executivesConsultant will be producing high quality content including PowerPoint presentations.Consultant will be able to define user requirementsConsulting experience preferred 7-10 years of experience
