Your Mission
We’re looking for an Admin Intern to join our Office Team in Barcelona, Spain. If you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, love organizing, and enjoy working with people, Glovo is the perfect place for you!

In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of Glovo’s Yellow Park office, which serves 1,400 employees. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining efficient processes and ensuring the best employee experience.

The Journey

As part of the Office Team, you will:

  • Purchases and Office Supplies:
    • Manage office supply orders, ensuring timely and accurate purchases for Yellow Park (1,400 employees).
  • Invoice Management:
    • Receive, review, and process invoices, ensuring they are correct and sent for payment promptly.
    • Coordinate with finance and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Cost Accounting:
    • Track and maintain updated records of office-related expenses, particularly those related to suppliers.
    • Monitor the office budget to ensure expenses are within the allocated limits.
  • Supplier and Employee Support:
    • Resolve queries from suppliers, vendors, and employees via email or ticketing systems.
    • Handle employee tickets related to the office and help improve the overall employee experience.
  • Document Control and Reporting:
    • Update and maintain all documents related to cost control, invoicing, and employee benefits, ensuring efficient and organized tracking for day-to-day operations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure transparent reporting on office expenses and overall cost efficiency.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other teams to improve internal processes and suggest areas for optimization.

What You Will Bring to the Ride

  • Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or an Administrative module).
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting tools like SAP or other similar platforms.
  • Passion for accounting, billing, and cost management—you enjoy working with numbers and keeping everything organized.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to maintain precise documentation.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a hands-on approach to managing tasks.
  • Customer service orientation—you’re motivated to help both employees and external partners.
  • Available for a 6-month internship, working 40 hours/week.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
  • Tech-savvy with a natural ability to adapt to new tools and platforms.
  • Creative and proactive in finding solutions and improving processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
