As part of the leadership team, you will work with stakeholders to optimize performance outcomes, develop new product features, and scale business domains within Relay Spot Supply. You’ll work in a fast paced environment and will be required to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically day-to-day by diving deeply into business and technical domains. As a multi-discipline leader, the buck will stop with you - you will work alongside engineering (dev and test) organization. To accomplish this, you will be expected to have excellent project management skills, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast paced environment. You should be somebody who is customer-centric. Prior experience in leading multiple disciplines will be a big plus as well.

Key job responsibilities
Deliver results by owning business performance outcomes for Amazon Freight demand on Relay Load Board
Develop long-term demand and cost forecasts in partnership with business and finance partners
Think big by enhancing existing product features and pitch new ideas to scale business.
Coordinate between PM teams (AF Ops/AF Pricing and RSS Spot Demand /CX/RFI) to optimize demand orchestration, UI/CX opportunities, and external market inputsRelevant product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience with end to end product delivery and ownership.
