Your Role:

Join Cognism’s dynamic SDR team as we expand into France. You’ll play a key role in driving new business, meeting monthly quotas, and helping companies grow through our lead generation platform. As part of a high-performance team, you’ll thrive in a sales-driven environment focused on winning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book outbound meetings via cold calls, emails, social outreach, and research.
  • Engage C-suite/Directors and present the product effectively.
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify pain points.
  • Share relevant marketing content with prospects.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage sales pipeline and update Salesforce records.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads.
  • Handle inbound leads with best practices.
  • Maintain a proactive learning attitude.
  • Create ongoing new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French and English (essential for the region’s expansion).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for sales.
  • Proven track record of overachievement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
  • Emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Good time-management.
  • Sales experience preferred, but not essential.
  • Willingness to learn core technology tools.
  • Uses initiative when challenged.
