GTM Operations Specialist

(Sales Support & Compliance EMEA)

Purpose of the Role

Reporting to the Team Lead, Sales Support & Compliance EMEA (Europe, Middle-East, Africa), you will be responsible for checking the accuracy and quality of business processes and ensure it’s within the standard set by the company. This role is central to maintaining the accuracy of the data within our CRM and supporting our sales and customer teams to get our customers' business up and running with Lightspeed in no time!

The Role and Tasks  

 

  • Review deals closed by sales teams for being compliant to rules and requirements from departments such as Legal, Finance, Information Systems and SOX Compliance
  • Ensure accuracy of data and processes in our CRM systems
  • Process corrections in CRM system where needed
    • Refund of subscriptions
    • Pricing adjustments
    • Invoice tax correction
  • Tools used are Salesforce, Slack, Zendesk, Google Sheets, electronic payment processing platforms and various backends of software products
  • Perform general administrative activities necessary to assist internal stakeholders
  • Other responsibilities and projects assigned by management

  • Ability to thrive under pressure in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and autonomous
  • Comfortable in technical environments
  • Good time management, multitasking, flexibility and organization skills
  • Someone not afraid to ask questions and dig deeper for information, resourcefulness is highly appreciated
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy of customer related data
  • Feeling of responsibility for handling various kinds of customer data confidentiality
  • Mindset of being problem-solving, with a demonstrated ability to anticipate change and proactively adjust priorities
  • Polished communication skills in English, other languages (NL, FR, DE) are a plus

Great if you have, not a must:

  • Previous experience in a similar, CRM administration or System Operator, role
  • Understanding for financial topics, balances, credits
  • Understanding for Information system flows
  • Salesforce experience
  • Previously working in SaaS industry companies
