Job Description

 

Inside Sales Executive

A fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-performing, collaborative sales team; supporting the largest companies to solve some of their biggest challenges around diversity and demand for key IT skills to support their grow. As an Inside Sales Exec you will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities to support the rapid growth of mthree in EMEA. In this role, you will be critical to the continued expansion of the business, whilst also building your own personal sales skills in order to progress into more senior commercial roles within the business.  

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive outbound lead generation at mthree in line with the business, department and sales channel strategy 
  • Partner with Business Development Managers to identify sales opportunities and create targeted outreach programs 
  • Generate new business as the initial point of contact for inbound queries in the sales cycle 
  • Develop sales skills in a wide range of areas from i.e. Pitching, Questioning etc. 
  • Attending Business networking events, trade conferences and meet ups representing mthree 

Expected end result : 

  • Deliver against and exceed your targets 
  • Develop sales skills to prepare for progression into senior roles 

Skills and requirements: 

  • Education: A-level or above 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to built rapport quickly
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills 
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Fluent in German 

Desirable:

  • 1 year experience or internship or part-time experience in sales or customer service 
  • customer-centric approach 
  • proactive and self-motivated attitude 
  • Comfortable or aware of: Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Cognism, Lusha
