What is the role about?

In the next couple of years, we will be considerably expanding our operations all around Europe and you will have the opportunity to be part of it. You'll be part of the team that will make sure all payment & wallet operations run smoothly. Taking full ownership of the fiat operations management.

As we expand our operations across Europe, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient payment and fiat operations. You'll be part of a dedicated team responsible for the seamless execution of payment service provider (PSP) and fiat reconciliation processes, ensuring our customers enjoy a top-tier experience.

How will you make an impact?

• Payment Service Provider (PSP) Management: You'll oversee the daily operations with PSPs, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments. This includes monitoring transaction flows, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing processes for efficiency.
• FIAT Reconciliation: You'll manage the reconciliation of fiat transactions, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of all deposits and withdrawals. You'll work closely with the Finance team to reconcile bank statements and PSP reports with internal records.
• Reporting: You'll ensure the accurate reflection of all fiat transactions in the platform. This involves preparing regular reports, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions in addition to taking ownership of management reporting around chargebacks, reconciliation results and potential improvements.
• Operational Coordination: You'll collaborate with the Operations, Treasury, Product, Tech Finance and Risk teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of payment and reconciliation workflows.
• Risk Management: You'll identify and mitigate risks associated with payment and fiat operations. This includes staying updated on regulatory changes, monitoring market trends, and implementing robust risk control measures.

How will you be successful?

• You have a degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
• You have at least 2 years of experience in PSP management, fiat reconciliation, or similar functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
