Team mission

The EDM Team (Experiences and Destinations Marketing) is part of the Supply Marketing org and the bridge between Sales and Marketing at GetYourGuide. We design, negotiate, and implement marketing solutions that add value to our suppliers while helping us increase our brand awareness and consideration. Additionally we are responsible for identifying and co-creating unique experiences with our top supply partners, making it possible for our customers to experience attractions and destinations like never before. From getting access to MOMA before it opens to the public to joining the lighting up of the Vatican Museums at 6AM, the EDM works closely with some of the world's most-known attractions to create innovative and unforgettable experiences for world travellers.

The role

We are now searching for a Senior Marketing Account Manager based in London to help us identify and roll out the most relevant marketing initiatives in this key strategic market. In this role, you will be working closely with our local Sales team to achieve strategic supply advantages while contributing to build brand equity for GetYourGuide. This is a great opportunity to make an impact on some of GetYourGuide's most important supply relationships and shape the way the team works with the world's leading attractions & tour providers.

You will:

• In coordination with the Sales org, build and maintain strategic relationships with top attractions and suppliers
• Pitch, negotiate and implement marketing initiatives that benefit both GetYourGuide and our top partners, always looking for win-win solutions
• Prepare & deliver marketing presentations, relying on storytelling to convince partners about the benefits of our initiatives for their business needs
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to make sure our initiatives are delivered correctly and on time, working cross-functionally to achieve great results
• Understand the GetYourGuide customer and our brand deeply and use that knowledge to identify or build relevant, on-brand, and engaging experiences for our customers

Who you are

• You have at least 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development and/or Partnerships, Operations & Project management with a proven track of exceeding targets 
• You are a clear communicator and a savvy negotiator, with a track record of achievements with mid to large size partners
• You can project manage, manage up, down, and out when required, and work to ensure deadlines are met and communication flows efficiently and appropriately
• You perform consistently excellent work, are open and honest at giving and receiving feedback, and operate with a growth mindset
• You are proactive, result-driven, solution-oriented.
• You are based in London or willing to relocate there
• You are a fluent English speaker
• Experience in digital and/or Brand marketing is a plus
• Knowledge of London travel landscape and experience dealing with tourist attractions is a plus
