Our team, located in Amsterdam, is looking for self-driven, talented people who can help make digital assets available for everyone.

What is the role about?

We're looking for a Technical Writer with a background in API documentation helping our customers as well as internal teams connect and integrate seamlessly with the trading operations at Bitvavo. In this role, you are part of the Exchange team whose objective is to increase trading volumes, trading flows, and modes that allow users to buy and sell their favourite digital currencies on our platform. Together with our Engineer managers, Product Managers and Engineering peers, you strive to improve our existing and future documentation quality.

How will you make an impact?

  • Write concise and useful documentation for our API users
  • Work with product managers, developers and business development to shape the entirety of the exchange client experience. You will also collaborate with Support for content improvements.
  • Contribute to internal documentation projects.

How will you be successful?

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry working directly with developers, product managers and business development
  • Experience writing all common forms of product documentation (API reference, conceptual guides, and tutorials)
  • Experience writing in Markdown syntax
  • Familiarity with Git and GitHub
