As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for EMEA at Verifone, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global environment where no two days are the same. You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our EMEA workforce by sourcing top talent for key roles that drive business success. This is more than just a recruitment position - it's a chance to act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, influencing hiring decisions and help to build diverse, high-performing teams across the region.

Main Responsibilities: 

As part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for:

  • Full Lifecycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-to-senior level roles across the EMEA region. Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with diverse talent pools using job boards, social media, and networking to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers.
  • Employer Branding: Help promote Verifone’s employer brand by creating a positive candidate experience and representing the company at industry events and job fairs.

Skills and Experience we desire

  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Experience sourcing candidates for a range of roles within the EMEA region, with a good understanding of local market trends and hiring practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach to working with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a global, dynamic team environment.
  • A desire to continuously improve recruitment processes and deliver a great candidate experience.
