As a Graphic Designer at Beekeeper, you’ll work closely with our Lead Designer and global marketing team to help shape our overall brand perception across all public and internal channels, such as our website, email marketing, downloadable assets like eBooks and guides, social media and advertising creatives, as well as event material and print production files,  presentations, and sales collateral.

The ideal candidate is an experienced omnichannel marketing designer with B2B SaaS experience, having worked closely with product and sales teams. You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and possess strong project management skills. You are a master of your craft, capable of designing inspiring and innovative content and campaigns and possess a command of visual principles and keen attention to detail.

Your responsibilities

• Be a design resource for the global marketing team
• Develop engaging content and creative for events, downloadable assets (PDF ebooks and guides), paid media, and all social media and digital channels
• Assist in the creation and formatting of Google Slides presentations ensuring consistency, clarity, and visual appeal
• Support the development of animated graphics and short videos for social media, presentations,  and website content
• Support the product marketing and sales enablement team with designs for sales materials internally and externally (PDFs or decks shared with prospects and customers)
• Work with field marketing on print design for conferences and events, like invites, flyers, direct mail, one-pagers, booth backdrops, etc.
• Expand and evolve our library of icons, illustrations, templates, and overall brand
• Ensure a globally consistent brand look & feel
• Organize and maintain design files and project assets to ensure they are easily accessible for the team

What we look for in you

• 3-5 years of experience in digital design in B2B SaaS
• Portfolio of work showcasing your work across digital channels (web, social, email) and print / OOH advertising (event booth design, editorial ads, pop up banners, signage, etc)
• Strong skills in Google Slides with a keen eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately predict project timeframes, dependencies, milestones, and risk factors
• An understanding of marketing metrics and conversion rates and how to influence them
• Proficient and comfortable in a macOS environment
• Fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace
• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Experience collaborating with agencies and freelancers
