The role:

Are you highly organized, with a passion to learn more about the technical / set-up aspects of our product while at the same time excel in driving communications with our customers?

As soon as a customer is signed, the implementation team is responsible to set up our accounts, train users on how to use the platform and manage all their integrations. If you are looking to develop a project management skill-set, make an important impact on the entire sales funnel and get front-in line experience in managing change, then this role may be for you!

The role of the Implementation Specialist for the Benelux market requires superb project management capabilities, organizational and problem solving skills as well as keen attention to detail. The successful candidate will work across multiple teams within TravelPerk in order to successfully implement new accounts and improve the overall implementation process;

In short, what you will do:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to successfully implement new clients
  • Initiate, plan, execute, control and close implementation projects, including developing requirements documentation, finalizing deliverables and building out client-facing communications
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client escalations during the implementation process
  • Develop and implement strategy plans to achieve account ramp-up goals
  • Ensure that accounts are staged, scheduled, and prioritized according to both client and business needs
  • Communicate complex and technical information in a manner that all audiences can easily understand
  • Ensure that project team members have a clear understanding of timelines, tasks, risks and issues

  • Organized and structured way of working, with good capabilities to analyze and deliver recommendations
  • Able to develop relationships with all levels of the organization, both internally and externally, and adapt the communication accordingly

What’d we’d like but not essential:

  • 2-5 years experience in project management 
  • Prior experience in a SAAS implementation role
  • Prior startup experience
