What is the role about?
We're seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate has a passion for crypto and trading and is driven to build and maintain strategic partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to join the leading cryptocurrency exchange in Europe.
How will you make an impact?
- Being pivotal in defining and advising on the company targets and how to reach them
- Support the setting of the Company’s OKRs and monitor the progress accordingly
- Transitioning Bitvavo into a data-driven organization and ensuring the organization’s decision-making is based on data insights
- Lead and contribute in various projects across the organization to improve the company's performance
- Developing profitability analyses such as unit economics, customer lifetime value, variance analysis, and gross margin analysis together with the Data Analytics team
- Leading our financial planning and budgeting cycles such as the mid-term planning, annual forecast, monthly budget, and latest estimate
How will you be successful?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 6+ years of relevant experience in trading and/or digital assets, preferably within a high-frequency trading company or similar type of high-demanding environment
- In-depth understanding and enthusiast of the fundamentals of blockchain technologies, algorithmic trading, and digital asset infrastructures
- Self-starter with the ability to originate, plan, and execute initiatives independently.
- Proven track record of executing multiple high-value partnership deals, from origination through integration
- Strong ability to drive consensus and coordinate processes with a diverse group of cross-functional stakeholders in product, engineering, legal, marketing and beyond
