Role Overview

As a Recruitment Operations Specialist, you will be pivotal in optimizing our recruitment processes and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams. This role is perfect for someone passionate about operational excellence and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, global environment.

You will

• Continuously evaluate and refine our recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and scalability, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Be a reliable source of knowledge and enablement on topics such as compliance, process playbooks, and Talent Acquisition training.
• Manage the logistics of scheduling (GoodTime)and coordinating both virtual and on-site interviews, ensuring precision in every detail.
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to identify trends, spot inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement using data to support strategic decisions.
• Take the lead on recruitment operations projects to enhance our talent acquisition strategy, such as introducing new tools, processes, or work streams.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies, best practices, and change management.

Who you are

• You excel at streamlining processes, using data to make informed decisions that improve operational efficiency.
• You have a strong track record of collaboration and delivering exceptional stakeholder or customer experiences with clear communication.
• Comfortable using and switching between different software tools. Our Talent team uses Greenhouse, GoodTime, TalentWall, Zoom, and Google G-Suite.
• You have a keen eye for detail, are accurate and precise in your work, and remain composed and resilient under pressure when managing multiple projects. 
• You approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and can easily navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
