The IAM (Identity and Access Management) team is continuously trying to optimize and automate manual tasks to cope with the tremendous growth of the company moving away from the traditional IT into a more DevSecOps approach relying on technology to empower people.
This team keeps the show running at N26 by onboarding and offboarding user accounts, managing accounts and granting/revoking access to tools. It's a multidisciplinary team with a customer first attitude.
As IAM Specialist, you will work closely with our Engineering and Security teams, Product teams and other departments. Seamless cooperation between these teams is essential and supported on all levels

Support the access management process for N26 tools.
Support N26 employees in resolving access related issues with the systems we use.
Manage access and identity management requests.
Assist with IT onboarding in creating all accounts and managing access.
Manage and execute regular controls in IAM processes.
Design, update, and maintain IT documentation including documentation for support and operations processes.
Support with audit related activities
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
Experience using and managing a ticket-based enterprise workflow management system, particularly JIRA and other Atlassian products.
Experience with Google Suite, especially GSuite Admin.
Excellent knowledge and technical capability in IAM technologies, ideally solutions such as Okta.
Knowledge and experience with one or more areas of identity and access management such as authentication, authorization, etc. Knowledge of industry standard security concepts and protocols like SAML, SCIM, OAuth, OIDC, and RBAC is a plus
An excellent knowledge of processes across the end-to-end IAM lifecycle (e.g., Identity management, recertification, revocation, access request approval, provision and deprovision, toxic combinations, Segregation of Duties)
Knowledge on functionalities of API and its usage in the context of IAM
Ability to be empathetic, humble, and possess a strong focus on customer service.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
