Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
  • Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context.
  • Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions.
  • Experience in hunting, acquisition, and within a start-up environment.
  • Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics (e.g., product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas).
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy.
  • Ability to communicate in Swedish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

The Accelerated Growth Team (AGT) focuses on rapidly scaling small and medium-sized businesses in Sweden with high growth potential. AGT specializes in crafting comprehensive sales strategies that boost customer return on investment, expand business streams, and ultimately drive profitability.

As an Accelerated Growth Consultant, you'll forge strong relationships with key decision-makers and provide expert guidance to a diverse portfolio of businesses, from startups to established brands.

You'll deliver Google-quality client service, conduct thorough market research, and provide valuable insights to empower these companies to achieve market leadership. You'll proactively identify and understand the business needs of Google's highest-potential clients, demonstrating how Google's suite of solutions can fuel their growth.

Collaborating closely with clients, you'll help them define their vision, expand their horizons, and develop and implement transformative digital growth strategies that propel their businesses to new heights.

  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth targets, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within EMEA.
  • Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of high-potential business in addition to close partnership with our marketing teams.
  • Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing and design effective marketing strategies using expert product knowledge. Deliver outstanding customer sales experience to drive long-term success for our customers.
