We are seeking a Field Finance Director, reporting to the Vice President of Field Finance, who will play a critical role in consolidation and commissions processes, supporting the day-to-day operations and facilitating decision-making processes. This role involves collaboration with senior leaders, as well as managing junior teams, with the goal of aligning financial strategies with business objectives and promoting accountability for performance metrics and profitability. 

The Field Finance team is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the financial performance through supporting and partnering with the Go-to-Market (Sales, Customer Success and Marketing & Partnership) teams. The team is composed of more than 10 finance executives who cover each of the segments, GEOs and departments in the field.

Job Description:

- Manage and develop a team of three financial analysts, providing leadership, mentorship, and clear direction to ensure high performance.

- Own the consolidation of Go-To-Market (Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing & Partnerships) financials, including top-line revenue, expenses, and headcount (HC).

- Lead monthly and quarterly reporting and consolidation efforts, providing insights and visibility for executive decision-making.

- Support the VP of Finance, business partnering with the Sales & Revenue Operations Teams.

- Manage the commissions process and oversee monthly commission calculations and submissions to payroll. Ensure accuracy and identify efficiencies, particularly through the implementation of a new commissions tool.

- Monitor key financial metrics across, customer segments, and regions, ensuring profitability and cost control.

- Drive best practices for reporting to our business partners. Ensure the team provides timely and actionable financial insights to drive business operations and profitable growth.

- Collaborate with other Field Finance Directors who are responsible for specific segments or departments, to provide recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.

- Support the VP in driving the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and accountability from senior leaders.

- Foster a culture of financial discipline, business acumen, and continuous improvement within the team.

- Collaborate with other Finance Departments (Controlling, O2C, Accounting, FP&A) to deliver high-quality financial insights and services to internal customers while maintaining a strong service-oriented approach.

- Proven experience in Field Finance or FP&A, with a track record of success in SaaS, software, or technology companies.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and influence senior stakeholders.

- Excellent business acumen, financial discipline, and the ability to provide strategic financial insights to drive business decisions.

- Experience working in global, fast-paced environments with a demonstrated ability to adapt to diverse cultures and structures.

- Proficiency in English; French is a plus.

- Prior experience with financial systems, BI & Analytics platforms, CRM and ERP systems is highly preferred.
