The Position
OPSWAT is seeking an experienced and dynamic Field Marketing Manager to lead our field marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in field marketing and communications. The Field Marketing Manager will report to the Director of European Marketing and collaborate closely with the Vice President of Sales for EMEA and the EMEA sales teams. You will also work closely with corporate marketing, demand generation, product marketing, and regional sales and government teams – along with our network of channel partners.
What You Will Be Doing
- Partner with local leadership, sales and HR teams on internal company event planning, management, and execution.
- Collaborate with sales and country leadership on external events to promote the company and OPSWAT brand as an employer and provider of cybersecurity solutions to potential customers and channel partners
- Collaboration with OPSWAT’s social media and web teams to ensure OPSWAT has a high-quality and effective Romanian online presence and localisation of select content
- Support of the wider EMEA field marketing team members on projects including but not limited to:
- Sales lead management and handling
- Supplier, orders and invoice processing
- Budget administration
What We Need From You
- Native-level Romanian language
- Proficient spoken and written English language skills
- Bachelor's degree education, ideally in a business or marketing subject.
- Minimum of two years’ work experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally in a technology market, with cybersecurity awareness a further plus
