As Senior Partner Sales Manager for Enterprise Greenfield, you will build and execute a Partner go-to-market strategy for a set of defined Greenfield customers in your territory and manage a pipeline of co-sell opportunities to reach your target. You will deliver on our strategy to help customers achieve their business objectives and accelerate adoption of Amazon’s infrastructure web services, in which Partners play a pivotal role. The ideal candidate has the ability to build effective, multi-level relationships (including C-level) with customers and partners, creating a preference for AWS.
You will collaborate with partners to serve and create value for customers within the Enterprise Greenfield segment. You will lead interactions with partners to create net new pipeline and accelerate joint customer opportunities, leveraging the benefits of the AWS Partner Program.

As Senior Partner Sales Manager, you enjoy teamwork and building bridges. You will become an integral part of the AWS Sales Team and collaborate closely with AWS account teams, solution specialists and solution architects, as well as the Partner Development team and Marketing. You will own and execute the partner go-to-market strategy for customers in your territory.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.


Key job responsibilities
- Build the Partner Strategy for the Enterprise Greenfield target markets in the Nordics, in line with the AWS strategic direction.
- Define partner ecosystem and relevant partner solutions to address key customer use cases, which accelerate innovation and cloud adoption for our customers.
- Coordinate and drive execution of the business plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. account teams, solution architects, business development teams, marketing, etc.).
- Manage and drive joint co-sell engagements between consulting partners, technology partners, Account Management and Partner Development team.
- Work with AWS account teams in a highly collaborative operating model to develop pipeline.
- Collaborate with partner bid desk teams to support partners on how to best leverage APN programs, solution support and pricing constructs
- Liaise with the Partner’s field sales organization, channels and end customers to help create and drive revenue opportunities for AWS.
- Ensure that AWS is the partner’s preferred cloud computing platform across all product lines.
- Prepare and lead business reviews to the senior management team.
- Provide support during contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal group.

- 10+ years of technology related (partner-) sales experience to coordinate field teams and develop and close high-profile deals
- Experience working with Consulting companies and/or ISV and SaaS vendors
- Experience in developing detailed annual Go-to-market plans and a successful track record to achieving and exceeding quota and key performance metrics
- Effective verbal and written communications skills, excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences - including senior executives.- Existing network with Enterprise customers and GSI, SI, VAR, ISV and SaaS community in Sweden
- Prior experience working with Nordic AWS Consulting Partners and/or Technology partners
- Experience working within cloud solutions
- Specialization in industry verticals (for example Manufacturing, FSI, Retail)
- Understanding of AWS, cloud architecture and infrastructure
