**About the Role** We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in program management, security fundamentals, and strategic planning. We need a leader who is a problem solver who enjoys working directly with security engineers to achieve strategic objectives. The Human Risk Program Manager (tech) will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Security, Compliance & Risk Management, Human Resources, and Legal, to create, drive, and deliver a human risk management and awareness program globally. Things move fast at Uber, and we’re looking for someone who moves at Uber speed and is passionate about delivering sustainable solutions and outcomes. **What the Candidate Will Do** Formulate and implement the strategic direction for the security training, education, and awareness program. As an internal expert, provide insights and consultation, ensuring the program evolves to address present risks while maintaining a future-focused approach. **Basic Qualifications** - 6+ years of relevant experience in Security Training and Awareness - 6+ years of relevant experience in program management (tech) - 3+ years experience working with cybersecurity risk concepts - Experience with data analysis techniques, using large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and to gain insights - Experience creating and delivering technical material; ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience **Preferred Qualifications** - A demonstrated record of achievement in managing large and/or complex projects. - Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to quickly build relationships and gain respect in a cross-functional environment. - Strategic problem solver with excellent business judgment and decision-making skills. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with executive-level slide-building and presentation abilities. - Deep working knowledge of project management methodologies with a head for problem-solving and critical thinking. - A hard-working, thorough, organized, and motivated self-starter, constantly striving to improve your skills and look for ways to contribute to the team.
