As the Lead QA Engineer for the Kaseya One project, you will lead quality assurance efforts, ensuring the solution meets high standards.
You’ll manage a QA team, develop and execute test strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a QA team, defining and implementing test strategies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts (manual and automated).
- Oversee automation processes and evaluate testing tools.
- Manage test execution, track progress, and report defects.
- Identify and mitigate quality risks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate testing results and collaborate with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in QA, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Skills:
- Expertise in manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency with QA tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
