As a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Specialist, you are a functional business process and technical workload expert within the Microsoft Business Applications enterprise sales organization working with our most important customers.

 

You play a key role in the total sales cycle by helping them with their end-to-end business transformation needs through envisioning, designing and demonstrating solutions mapped to business value within the area of your workload expertise. Executing with excellence you will collaborate across the sales opportunity journey with the Business Applications sales team, Microsoft partners and ISVs, other Technical Specialists and our Customer Success team. You will additionally assist the Dynamics Specialist in identifying, driving and successfully landing pipeline and customer solutions for the Customer Engagement applications category. You will learn how Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions are changing the way companies do business and are empowering success. In this role you will be the Technology Specialist (pre-sales consultant) for your assigned workload and a member of the sales team that consists of Solution Specialist, Customer Success Unit, partners, and engineering. In this role you will advance pipeline by assisting the Solution Specialist in qualifying the deal, developing the strategy and inspiring the CxO/Business Decision Maker/Technical Decision Maker. 

 

 

You will develop relationships with the decision makers with our customers and position yourself as a trusted advisor in your domain. As a recognized product expert, you are responsible for sharing your technical, industry knowledge and best practices with your peers. 

 

This role is flexible in that you can work up to [50% / up to 100% from home / This role is Microsoft onsite only].
