PROSPECTING PLANNING INTERNSHIP

  6 months Internship – Rueil Malmaison   - June 2024

Global Knowledge, a Skillsoft group company, offers professionals a range of training courses through the organization of in-person or remote classes.

Overview of Job Role

During this internship, you will assist each member of the sales team in their prospecting efforts and opening new accounts. The initial task will consist of performing an in-depth analysis of each industry sector to determine its news, strategic challenges, initiatives, and training needs, and to identify its main economic players. Then, at the level of each account, you will perform the same research work to identify the relevant contacts for our business. Finally, in connection with the concerned salesperson and our telemarketing unit, you will build a prospecting strategy to get in touch with them, develop an appropriate message, and prepare an initial commercial approach.

In parallel, we will also entrust you with other tasks consisting of improving our sales tools (presentations, sales arguments, pitches, etc.), as well as constructing dashboards to help us steer our activity. Similarly: validation and re-qualification of our existing contact base.

 

This highly operational internship, focused on Business Prospecting, requires organization, methodology, autonomy, attention to detail, and the ability to carry out in-depth work.

 

It will allow you to put into practice, within the sales team, all your knowledge and discover the world of Professional Training.

 

Who are you ?

Coming from a multidisciplinary educational background, you have experience or skills in several of the following areas:

• Project Management and Organization: project management, organization, and planning, to effectively manage the changes and dissemination of training offers.

• Analytical and synthesis skills, to convert all the collected content into an action plan.

• Communication and Writing: written and oral communication skills, to ensure the clarity of your writings.

• Data analysis ability, to interpret fill rates, commercial performances, and evaluate the profitability of courses.

 

Rigor, precision, analytical skills, and autonomy will be key to succeeding in this internship.

 

Desired Education – or equivalent

 

A curriculum in business school, economics, and/or data analysis

Essential Flawless written French, and a proficient level of English

Compensation: 700 euros/month.

Meal vouchers: 10€ face value, 50% paid by the intern.

PLANIFICATION DE PROSPECTION

STAGE de 6 mois – Rueil Malmaison   - Mai 2024

Objectifs

 

Au cours de ce stage, vous assisterez chaque membre de l’équipe commerciale dans ses efforts de prospection et d’ouverture de nouveaux comptes. Le premier travail consistera à effectuer une analyse approfondie de chaque secteur d’activité pour déterminer son actualité, ses enjeux stratégiques, ses initiatives et besoins en matière de formation, et identifier ses acteurs économiques principaux. Puis, au niveau de chaque compte, vous effectuerez ce même travail de recherche pour identifier les interlocuteurs pertinents pour notre activité. Enfin, en lien avec le commercial concerné et notre cellule de télémarketing, vous construirez une stratégie de prospection pour rentrer en contact avec eux, élaborerez un message adapté, et préparerez une première approche commerciale.

En parallèle, nous vous confierons Ă©galement d’autres tâches consistant Ă  amĂ©liorer nos outils de vente (prĂ©sentations, argumentaires, pitch, …), ainsi qu’à construire des tableaux de bord pour nous aider Ă  piloter notre activitĂ©. De mĂŞme : validation et re-qualification de notre base de contacts existante.

Ce stage très opérationnel, orienté Prospection commerciale, demande organisation, méthodologie, autonomie, soin du détail et capacité à mener un travail de fond. Il vous permettra de mettre en pratique, au sein de l’équipe commerciale, l’ensemble de vos connaissances et de découvrir l’univers de la Formation Professionnelle.

 

Qui ĂŞtes-vous ?

 

Issu(e) d’un cursus de formation multidisciplinaire, vous avez de l’expĂ©rience ou des compĂ©tences dans plusieurs des domaines suivants :

·       Gestion de Projet et Organisation : la gestion de projet, l'organisation et la planification, pour gĂ©rer efficacement les modifications et la diffusion des offres de formation.

·       Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, pour transformer en plan d’action tout le contenu ouvert que vous aurez collectĂ©.

·       Communication et RĂ©daction : compĂ©tences en communication Ă©crite et orale, pour assurer la clartĂ© de vos Ă©crits.

·       CapacitĂ© Ă  analyser des donnĂ©es, pour interprĂ©ter les taux de remplissage, les performances commerciales, et Ă©valuer la rentabilitĂ© des cours.

Rigueur, précision, esprit de synthèse, et autonomie seront clés pour réussir lors de ce stage.

 

Formation souhaitée – ou équivalent

 

Un cursus en école de commerce, économie, et/ou analyse de données

ImpĂ©ratif : français Ă©crit irrĂ©prochable, et un niveau correct en anglais
