Meta is seeking a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Global Business Group.
The CSM will work with highly advanced accounts, which is operating multi-channel across countries (EMEA and Global), and offers large growth potential and needs extensive support.
We are looking for a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything. The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing and business development, and a firm belief that the future of marketing is identity-based, data-driven and grounded in measurable outcomes.
The CSM will work closely with a Client Partner and Meta cross-functional teams to build and strengthen customer relationships, provide business insights, drive revenue, advertiser education, and satisfaction through a consultative, data-driven approach. The ideal candidate has a deep passion for Meta, the overall marketing ecosystem, and a proven understanding of both online and traditional media.
Success in this position requires a high level of consultative and analytical skills (campaign analytics, dashboarding, ad solution optimization), with focus on driving optimal business outcomes. The CSM must be solution-oriented, with curiosity and the ability to drive impact in a dynamic, team-focused environment, while moving fast against challenging deadlines.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, yet strategic individual. We look for an ‘enabler’ mentality and the ability to establish strong partnerships with clients and their agencies– both in terms of culture and business outcomes – in a constantly changing environment with high expectations.
This position will be based in our Copenhagen or Stockholm office, reporting into the Head of Industry.
