**About the Role**
As the Program Manager, Product Insight & Rollout (EMEA Eater), you will drive the efficacy of Eater-facing Digital Solutions in EMEA. You will play a crucial role in developing robust products by providing insights about how the product may benefit Merchants in EMEA markets, what product nuances will be necessary to build to realise that value, help prioritize what needs to be built quicker and what can wait, and bring data and market research to back your claims. You’ll also be responsible for strengthening CO / Ops / CommOps feedback loops, planning and rolling out products proactively, removing roadblocks for rollout, coordinating rollout tasks across a wide set of stakeholders and scaling the product knowledge in EMEA.
**What You'll Do**
- Provide market insights to GDX teams to ensure robust CO products are built
- Take full ownership of rolling out developed Eater CO products in EMEA including coordinating with cross-functional teams and removing bottlenecks
- Provide regular updates to your leadership on the progress of your goals
- Deliver data driven insights to identify key strategic initiatives needed to improve customer experience or to support business needs and market priorities
- Be the subject matter expert in the digital experiences we provide to support our Eaters, in our products and channels, aiming to continuously improve the Eater digital experience
- Build strong partnership with cross-functional teams that do not directly report to you, but are critical to the success of PIR strategy.
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technology, consulting, operations, or other highly agile, project-based environments
- Genuine passion for our users and the need to advocate for their experience, uncovering data to advise customer-oriented decisions
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to handle pushbacks
- Strong communication and presentation skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm
- Strong operational background and a track record of making data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with cutting-edge technologies, especially as it relates to customer service
- Knowledge of Lucidcharts (or equivalent)
- Strong project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and resilience
- Obsession for delivering great customer experience
