What You'll Do:

After initial training, you’ll collaborate with the Customer Success (CS) team to deliver outstanding experiences for our users and partner companies. You’ll work closely with a Customer Success Manager (CSM) throughout the client lifecycle to ensure consistent support and engagement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Helping define roadmaps and metrics with clients to ensure successful partnerships
  • Assisting companies with internal launches
  • Supporting and facilitating events like field volunteering, fundraising, and collections
  • Innovating ways to boost user engagement on our platform
  • Providing product support and gathering user feedback to enhance our services
  • Brainstorming new solutions and services with the management team

What You'll Bring:

  • No prior work experience needed
  • Has or is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field
  • Being a French native-speaker, fluent in English, and optionally in one of the following languages: German, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese
  • Confidence and enthusiasm for engaging with diverse teams
  • Attention to detail and a rigorous approach to tasks
  • A Learning Agreement from your university/school/academy
  • Based in Barcelona or open to relocating
  • Availability for a full-time internship (35-40 hours per week) for 6 months
