The International Employee Experience Specialist at KnowBe4 is responsible for implementing a comprehensive onboarding program that ensures a seamless and memorable transition for new hires, from the pre-boarding stage through post-boarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate a comprehensive virtual onboarding program tailored to the unique needs of new hires located in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
  • Assist in facilitating engaging virtual onboarding sessions for new employees across the Americas.
  • Orchestrate and oversee the entire new hire journey, from pre-boarding through post-onboarding, crafting engaging experiences that foster a strong sense of connection, belonging, and excitement about joining the organization.
  • Manage and coordinate all administrative aspects of the onboarding process (i.e new hire documentation, access & system set up, workspace preparation, onboarding and training) for both EMEA and Americas new employees.
  • Coordinate the background screening process globally for all new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate, and execute a diverse range of engaging employee experience events and activities aimed at fostering a positive company culture, enhancing team building, and promoting employee engagement and retention.
  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for all new hires across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and back up for Americas regions, providing timely and personalized support, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise throughout the entire onboarding journey.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely tracking of new hire lunch budgets in the appropriate regional currencies, aligning with the established budget allocated for new hire lunches in the United States.
  • Oversee and coordinate the setup and tracking of time clocks for all new hires during their first week of employment, ensuring accurate recording of work hours and compliance with company policies  including (time clock setup, time clock monitoring, compliance and reporting).
  • Coordinate and execute the logistical and operational aspects of the company's annual internship summer program, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for the interns and facilitating their successful integration into the organization.
  • Foster an inclusive and culturally responsive virtual onboarding experience that embraces diversity, promotes cross-cultural understanding, and creates a welcoming environment for new hires from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience related to HR preferred
    Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar or related position preferred
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Strong rapport building skills
  • Highly organized and result-oriented
  • Ability to learn and use new tools quickly
  • Can adapt to constant change
  • Demonstrated integrity, accountability, respect, and commitment
