The Team:

The Transformation Team at Enfusion is dedicated to driving the strategic initiatives that enable our organization to adapt, innovate, and thrive in an ever-changing Investment Management landscape. The Role:

Enfusion is embarking on a transformation of its processes and platforms as part of its overall expansion plan.  We seek seasoned program managers to run strategic initiatives.

The program manager will lead all program phases from inception to delivery.  She or he will forge a consensus on direction, develop the workstreams and program architecture, develop communication artifacts and provide updates at various forums, manage the budget, partner with stakeholders (and in some cases, third parties), and coordinate delivery across all workstreams.  Most initiatives, including those for product development, will use an Agile methodology.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Agile transformation programs and projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program goals, scope, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments that may impact program success.
  • Ensure continuous improvement by implementing feedback loops and refining processes.
  • Communicate program status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Drive the adoption of Agile tools and best practices across the organization.
  • Structure and organize work, establishing clear leadership roles.
  • Simplify processes and ensure high-level and detailed execution plans.
  • Facilitate team consensus and handle senior personnel independently.
  • Lead transformation offices and manage multiple large projects.

What Youโ€™ll Need:

  • 10+ years as a program manager with demonstrated success in forming and delivering complex large-scale initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Scaled Agile and proficiency in Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Management consulting or strategic planning experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Facilitative, consultative style with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to form good working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Capability to work through ambiguity and pursue clarity.
  • Mastery of English (written & verbal) with excellent writing skills.
