As the Head of DevSecOps, you are a results-driven leader entrusted with the mission of building and nurturing a world-class team and infrastructure. You have a proven track record of crafting a compelling vision and translating it into an actionable roadmap, ensuring its successful execution. • Manage our Security and DevOps teams creating a high performance and customer focused culture
• Strengthen our security posture and maintain our standards of excellence and world class certifications
• Drive High Reliability and Availability meeting and exceeding our 99.9% uptime KPI
• Enhance our Developer Experience and drive Operational Efficiency across entire organization
• Budget Excellence, managing capacity forecasting allowing us to identify key strategic areas to invest

What we look for in you

• Customer focus, drive impact for your customers above all other concerns
• Great leadership skills and ability to create a vision to drive team impact and culture
• Strong hands-on engineering/devops background in early career
• Deep technical understanding in core domains:
  • Networking
  • Kubernetes
  • Cloud
  • Performance Optimization
• 5+ years of experience in the following:
  
  • Managing and building high performance teams
  • Running large cloud infrastructure spanning multiple datacenters
  • Working cross-functionally with the business to drive excellence in DevOps
