Job Description

We’re hiring a Pricing Strategy Lead who will own the Negotiated Customer Segment of our EU business, a critical growth engine for Amazon Shipping. We believe that pricing can be a core differentiator, therefore industry benchmarking, price positioning, metric design, and the enhancements of these metrics will be key responsibilities for this position.

Key job responsibilities
- Own the regional benchmarking, price positioning, profit analysis leading to overall rate structure and pricing strategy vision for the spot segment.
- Support metric creation, program performance via pricing-specific monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Support the global business level Pricing narrative for your region (monthly and quarterly business reviews, 3 year planning).
- New product go-to-market support or ownership for in-region launches.
- Collaborate deeply with business development and the product team for development vision and roadmap prioritization.

A day in the life
You will work closely with the business development team and interact directly with customers to further enhance the quantitative metrics you design. Additionally, the role will require close collaboration with the finance and operations teams to understand cost-drivers and corresponding adjustments to enhance customer behaviour while improving profitability and customer experience.

- Relevant experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology- Relevant experience owning technology products
