What You Will Be Doing
- Be an integral part of our agile team, contributing to the development of high-quality web applications.
- Take ownership of features from concept to deployment, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers.
- Build and maintain reusable React components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices and browsers.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and continuously improving code quality.
What We Need From You
- Technical Excellence: Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React.js, with a solid understanding of modern front-end development practices.
- Quality: Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests, with hands-on experience using Cypress or similar end-to-end testing frameworks. Familiarity with Storybook for designing and developing reusable components is a strong plus.
- Mission Focused: Experience developing scalable web applications, with familiarity in integrating RESTful APIs and working with tools like Webpack or Babel.
- Customer Driven: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Growth Mindset: A passion for learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry trends, embracing challenges as opportunities for growth.
It Would be Nice if You Had
- Experience with TypeScript or other statically typed languages.
- Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
- Hands-on experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of Docker, containerization, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS.
- An interest in web security best practices to build secure applications.
- A keen eye for performance optimization and asynchronous programming patterns.
