Looking to hire a result driven and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Manager to complete our dynamic go to market team. The role will be focused on developing and maintaining good relationships with customers through targeted customer marketing campaigns, online events, and other mediums as well as supporting other parts of the marketing team in campaigns execution and reaching team’s KPIs.                                                              

Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                                                 
- Support with planning and executing marketing campaigns and strategies with a focus on the existing customer base to create new upsell and cross sell opportunities

- Measure the success of all marketing success campaigns, and confidently present the findings and developments to team leaders

- Drive conclusions from the data from the ongoing campaigns and improve the performance based on that

- Educate customers about our product updates, releases through mediums such as emails, webinars and internal forums

- Implement and oversee automated educational email streams for educational customer purposes and driving more cross sell opportunities

- Work closely with Product, Demand Gen, Account Management teams on the product launches and measure the success of the campaigns

Requirement:                                                                                                                                                                                               

 - 2 years of proven experience in communications, marketing, analytics, or related field

 - Understanding of customer journeys and sales touch points

 - Degree in marketing, communication or similar

 - Good time management and great organisational skills

 - Critical-thinker and problem-solver                        

 - Experience partnering with Client Success/Account Management teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns is a bonus

 - Previous experience with Intercom, Salesforce is not a must but beneficial for this role
