Senior Manager - Information Security

Are you an experienced leader in Information Security looking to take on a global challenge? Our Information Security team is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to lead and inspire a worldwide team, overseeing critical security, compliance, and audit initiatives.

In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in at least two of the following frameworks: PCI, SOC, HITRUST, ISO 27001, SOX, or GDPR. You’ll also need to have a strong understanding of modern technologies, including APIs, containers, and AWS, to support and guide your team effectively.

What you'll do

• Balancing team workloads, approving time off, setting clear goals, and tracking progress to ensure successful execution.
• Ensuring team commitments are clearly defined and consistently met.
• Implementing strategic objectives provided by leadership, while continuously evaluating the team's performance and challenging them to achieve higher levels of success.
• Conducting regular 1-on-1 meetings, setting individual goals, and fostering a positive, motivated team environment.
• Developing and promoting “best practices” to enhance information security across the organization.
• Collaborating with other departments to improve shared processes and procedures.
• Leading key programs like Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Risk Assessments to ensure organizational preparedness and security.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience leading and building teams of Information Security professionals.
• Strong technical background in information security, risk management, and compliance work
• Certified in at least one: CISA, CRISC, GIAC Systems Network Auditor, GIAC Security Essentials, or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of compliance standards like PCI DSS, HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC, GDPR, SOX, or ISO 27001.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively across diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Creative, results-oriented problem solver with a strong attention to detail.
• Knowledgeable in cybersecurity, incident response
